Mobile Application Support

RM Interiors (RMI) App enables a quick and efficient way for installers to complete flooring jobs and provide live status updates. Every job is assigned a PIN number, which the installer uses to unlock job information. Within the app an installer is able to find directions to the property, view pictures and measurements of the work needed, and alert the office of any issues or change order requests. Pictures are uploaded to confirm alerts and provide completion status of the work when the installer is finished.

The first step in using the RM Interiors & Design mobile application is to create an account for yourself.

All the fields on the Create Account page are required. Your email will be used as your login name. Your email and phone number will be used to contact you in case there is a question about the job. The password must be at least four characters.

Your RMI mobile account will allow you to work on jobs for one or more suppliers. You are not directly connected to a specific supplier. Jobs are assigned to suppliers and you maybe assigned jobs assigned to different suppliers.

When you complete a job, the job supplier will be notified by email and sent the completion photos.

Once your account has been create you may assign jobs to your account.

The Assign Job page is where you connect jobs to your RMI mobile application. The supplier you work with will supply the required pin number. The pin number is a nine digit number that uniquely identifies the job that will be assigned to you. A job can only be assigned to one mobile app account.

All jobs assigned to your mobile app account will listed. Press on any job to select.

The Job Overview page is the control center for updating the selected job. The red button in the upper right corner indicates if your mobile device is within 100 feet on the job site. The red dot will change to a green dot when on the job site.

The Request Change and Complete buttons will be inactive until the mobile phone has been on the job site. Once the job site has been visited these buttons will be changed to active. The buttons will remain active after the initial job site visit.

As activity is added to the job the buttons will appear with a number on the button. This indicates the number of items attached to the job.

The RMI mobile application will direct you to the job site.

The Job Location page assists you to locate the job site. In addition, you may view directions to the job site from your current location.

View details of the material and labor details allocated for the job.

The Details page displays the material and labor budget for the job. The details include the color and style selections.

Documents and photos that are attached to job.

The Attachments page list all documents for the job. This will include PDF's and job photos.
